Our tomato puree is a thick, velvety tomato sauce which holds all the characteristics of freshly harvested tomatoes thanks to low-temperature processing. An unmistakable aroma and unique flavor are achieved by processing 100% organic Italian tomatoes within hours of harvest. It’s a “km 0” product: sown, grown, harvested and processed on the same organic farm in Puglia.
Passata is a primary ingredient in the Italian kitchen and can be used as a base for any pasta sauce, to be spread on pizza bases, is perfect for soups, stews and casseroles, etc.
