It is a Pesto without milk derivatives, in which the Genovese basil and the walnuts are blended in a balanced way with the Tofu. This special version tastes surprisingly similar to that of traditional Pesto. It is designed for those who are following a vegan lifestyle or are intolerant to dairy products.
