Our new “Vegan” Pesto, vegetable-based and without ingredients derived from animals. It is a Pesto without milk derivatives, in which the Genovese basil and the walnuts are blended in a balanced way with the Tofu. This special version tastes surprisingly similar to that of traditional Pesto. It is designed for those who are following a vegan lifestyle or are intolerant to dairy products.

Suggestions

• Delicious as a salad dressing • Spread on canapes and in addition to bruschetta. • Great to season pasta, vegetables and boiled potatoes. • We recommend to not heat the sauce, but add it in the end of cooking. • Note : during storage the olive oil inside can come up because it is liquid, and lighter than the other ingredients. Don't worry: just stir it back in and the product is ready to use!
