Tasty risotto with 100% Italian ingredients. It is produced choosing genuine ingredients of first quality, without adding preservatives and additives, thus without altering the tastes and the nutritional properties of the ingredients. The vegetables and herbs inside are handgrown and -picked in the producer’s family countryside.
Easy to prepare : all you need to add is olive oil and water, and optionally Parmesan cheese and butter.

Preparation

• add 1 liter of boiling water or broth, and 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and salt to taste • cook for 16/18 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally • when the water is absorbed, the risotto is ready (al dente) • if you prefer the rice to be more cooked : add more hot water, a little at a time • remove from the heat and optionally mix with grated Parmesan and a knob of butter before serving.
