Ingredients (for one pizza):
• 250 g Foodiletto Mix for Pizza and Focaccia
• 150 ml lukewarm water
• 10 ml (2 teaspoons) extra virgin olive oil
• 7 g instant yeast

How to make:
• put 250g Baking Mix for Pizza and Focaccia in a bowl
• dissolve 7 g yeast in 150 ml of lukewarm water, then add 10 ml of oil
• pour it over the baking mix, and stir this mixture well with a spoon to a smooth dough *
• knead the dough well (approx. 10 minutes) and finally press into a ball
• leave covered and let rise for 45 minutes
• knead briefly back into a ball and let it rise for another 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees
• the dough is now ready to form a pizza. Push the ball flat from the center so that the edges rise upwards. Push to the sides with your thumbs around the edges, then turn upside down and press the edges to the side on the other side, creating the characteristic shape of a pizza, ready for the toppings!
• add the toppings you prefer and bake in a well preheated oven at 220°c (or at the pizza setting) for 15 minutes.

* Note: if the dough is too dry, you can add more water. Add the extra water in small steps of 10ml, because too much water makes the batter too sticky and no longer workable by hand. If that is the case, add more Baking Mix.
