This high quality durum wheat pasta is infused with black summer truffle.
Produced by an ancient pasta factory in Tuscany. The drying process in cold storage rooms takes 36 hours at a low temperature. Due to the lower temperature the drying takes considerably longer than at high temperature (often seen with mass production), but the main advantage is that hereby the pasta maintains its intrinsic taste and nutritious properties. Moreover our tasty pasta’s are rich in vitamins D and E as well as vegetable protein, thanks to the added wheat germ.
