Preparation

Preparation (for 1 bruschetta): • put one tablespoon of this spice mix in a pan • with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • let it cook for a few minutes on low flame • when the water evaporates, and the mix starts to frizzle, the sauce is ready • spread on a slice of toasted bread.
