Our sea salt comes from Margherita di Savoia in Puglia, in the south of Italy.
This is a historical place. History of these saltworks dates back at least 2.500 years !
The salt pans are harvested on a six-monthly basis. In Abruzzo, a family company adds their home-grown rosemary to the salt and packages it for us.
