All you have to do is place a sheet of pasta dough in the form, press desired filling into moulds, add a second layer of dough and roll over with the pin. Homemade ravioli is cut and ready to cook.

Usage Instructions
• cover the tray with flour
• lay on the tray a layer of pastry of the same width
• press lightly in the holes and put the filling inside
• cover with another layer of pastry and dust with other flour
• then press with the rolling pin to close and cut the ravioli
• to let the ravioli come out easier, overturn the tray
