Preparation
Preparation (for 100 grams of pasta):
• put one tablespoon of this spice mix in a pan
• with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• let it cook for a few minutes on low flame
• when the water evaporates, and the mix starts to frizzle, the sauce is ready.

Garlic 70%, parsley, salt, chili pepper 10%, sulfur dioxide (E220).
(E220 is a preservative that has been added to preserve the natural white color of the garlic)
