Garlic, oil and chilipepper is a classic in the Italian kitchen (Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino), and you can easily create it yourself with our mix.
Heat the mixture with a little olive oil, and create a classic (pasta) sauce instantly.
Because there are only naturally dried vegetables and aromatic herbs inside, this is a healthy option as well.
These are genuine ingredients of first quality, without adding preservatives and additives which alter the tastes and the nutritional properties of the ingredients.

Preparation

Preparation (for 100 grams of pasta): • put one tablespoon of this spice mix in a pan • with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil • let it cook for a few minutes on low flame • when the water evaporates, and the mix starts to frizzle, the sauce is ready.

Garlic 70%, parsley, salt, chili pepper 10%, sulfur dioxide (E220). (E220 is a preservative that has been added to preserve the natural white color of the garlic)
